The Cart Shed

The Cart Shed is a charity based on a working farm in north Herefordshire. We support adults of all ages and young people aged 8–25 experiencing emotional distress. Our clinical team, tutors and volunteers take a strengths-based approach grounded in Occupational Therapy. Through time outdoors, in woodland and learning new creative skills, people find meaning and purpose, improve their mental health and learn to manage their wellbeing so they can live well. The service is particularly suited to people who are Autistic, AuDHD or ADHD.
